DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders must be placed by 2pm to qualify for Special Delivery. We use Special Delivery which is available Monday to Friday and guarantees that your order will be delivered by 1pm the following day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
A signature may be required upon receipt of your parcel. If there is noone available to receive the parcel, you will be left with a delivery note to re-arrange delivery. Deliveries can be tracked online and you will receive a tracking number with instructions via email once your order has been dispatched.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available as an add-on to the Special Delivery™ service for orders placed on Fridays. Guaranteed Saturday delivery ensures that your item is delivered by 1pm on Saturday. In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time on the Saturday, we will refund the additional surcharge for Saturday delivery.
These delivery times do not apply to customised products or services. Customised products or services usually have a processing time of 10 – 14 working days in addition to the delivery time, unless otherwise stated.

Royal Mail 1st Class service is only available for small orders. Should this service be requested for medium/large or high value items, we will need to amend the delivery option. This is to protect our clients, as once posted these items cannot be tracked and will not be protected in the case of damage or loss.

Royal Mail Signed For service does not offer a tracking facility and will compensate up to £50 of the value of any items lost or damaged whilst in their possession. Royal Mail Special Delivery provides you with a tracking number and offers compensation from £500 - £2,500 depending on the value of your order. As the Buyer, you are responsible for selecting the delivery method of your choice based on the above information. Ariela London cannot be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels once delivery confirmation is sent to our clients or as a direct result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
